If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your service(s). You can cancel an appointment on the StyleSeat app, or site.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before their start time will be charged 50% of the appointment value. “No Shows” will be charged the full value of the scheduled services and/or gift certificate(s) will be forfeited. Note: services cannot be “downgraded” during the 24 hour cancellation window. You may receive the service(s) you have booked or go an equal or higher value.
